The conference will be held in Oradea, which is a strong economic, social-political and cultural center in the North-Western side of Romania. Being the administrative center of Bihor County, Oradea ranks as a medium town with its more than 180.000 inhabitants.

It’s cultural and scholastic tradition goes down to the 18'th century as shown by the architecture of the ancient commercial center and the Criş River Land museum.

Placed at only 12 km from the border on E60 European road, Oradea is a true entry gate to Romania, including for railway traffic. Access by plane is available due to its airport with direct links to Bucharest - the capital of Romania. International airports in Budapest, Cluj-Napoca and Timişoara are about 3 hours of drive away.

There are multiple opportunities for entertainment and health care in the immediate neighborhood of the town. The famous health, balneary and climatic resorts Felix Spa and 1 Mai Spa are only 8 km away offering modern hotel and treatment bases. The friends of forest, fresh-air and carstic wonders can enjoy the Stâna de Vale mountain resort, accessible on direct roads at less than 80 km distance from Oradea.
